Order processing time: We will process your order within 24 hours of your purchase.

NOTE: The below estimate delivery times of your order are dependent on the shipping region and whether you choose FREE or EXPRESS shipping. Additionally, estimate delivery times can also vary during peak seasons.

Azuretideswimwear orders are custom-made just for your car. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to craft your order (we do not hold inventory, each set of mats is handmade and customized with your car's information).

Shipping FAQ

1. How do I track my shipment?

   • Once your order is mindfully created and ready to be shipped, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation number (they are typically sent within 7-10 business days after your order is placed).

2. My package was shipped but I haven't received an update?

   • Your package is currently in transit to the destination country. During this process, it may be transferred between different couriers, countries, and airports that may not provide tracking updates. The tracking number will be updated once the package arrives in the destination country and has been processed and cleared by customs. Please note that many countries do not update tracking information until the package has cleared customs, and there may be additional delays due to restrictions or quarantine measures.

International Shipments

Please note that international shipments may encounter customs security checks, which may result in delivery delays. You can shop with confidence when shopping at Azuretideswimwear as we (Azuretideswimwear) will cover all GST and duties.

NOTE: Azuretideswimwear and its third-party courier affiliates are NOT responsible for any extra charges incurred during transit.

At Azuretideswimwear, we make it our personal goal to deliver the best in quality/price ratio, design, and craftsmanship. Your customized car mats are supervised at each stage of production and must pass a final inspection during packaging before we release it for shipping.

Delayed packages
